Job summary

MMR Group is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our Atlanta team. The role centers on modeling, coordination with trades, and producing accurate 3D representations of electrical and mechanical systems.

Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience as BIM Coordinator/Detailer/Modeler, be proficient in MEP REVIT and Excel, and able to work with project teams to resolve issues through RFIs and design

Qualifications

Must have at least a High School diploma or GED; Associates degree or higher preferred.
Experience as BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler required.
Proficient in MEP REVIT and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Detail oriented with high accuracy and fast throughput.

Responsibilities

Design models including coordination, shop drawings and as-builts.
Model content and coordinate with other trades; prepare wiring/equipment sketches.
Read and interpret contract docs; execute 3D modeling and RFIs.
Coordinate with project management to resolve issues during reviews.
Perform site surveys and field measurements as needed for design.
Maintain logs for RFIs, transmittals and drawings.
