Job summary

IMEG is seeking a Virtual Design Coordinator in Rogers, AR to oversee BIM across disciplines and serve as a main BIM contact for the project team. The role supports Virtual Design workflows from setup through coordination and model maintenance, helping teams meet goals and client expectations.

The position emphasizes Revit proficiency, model management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within an ESOP-owned firm known for its Big-firm resources and local relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience minimum, 3 preferred, or equivalent
• Revit experience required
• Associate degree or certificate in BIM preferred

Responsibilities

• Determine model setup configuration with the project manager and understand project scope requirements
• Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff meetings
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and archival between IMEG disciplines and external partners
• Provide team-specific support for Virtual Design software, escalating as needed
• Identify training and education needs for BIM standards and tools
• Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling standards
• Complete model maintenance, applying best practices and standards
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in BIM coordination
