Job summary

IMEG Corp is hiring a Virtual Design Coordinator in Rogers, AR to oversee BIM for multiple disciplines and serve as BIM contact for the project team. The role supports Virtual Design workflows from setup through coordination and model maintenance, aligning with project goals and client expectations.

You will work with cross-functional teams across industrial, manufacturing, and MEP sectors, ensuring quality and standards across models and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BIM certificate preferred.
• 2 years minimum experience, 3 preferred, or equivalent.
• Revit experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Determine model setup configuration with the project manager and understand project scope requirements.
• Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff meetings.
• Manage project folders, file sharing, and archival between IMEG disciplines and external partners.
• Provide team-specific support for Virtual Design software/programs; escalate as needed.
• Identify training needs for BIM/Virtual Design tools and standards.
• Review models and PDFs for compliance with modeling standards and deliverables.
• Complete model maintenance as necessary, following best practices.
• Run clash detection; resolve clashes and participate in BIM coordination.
• Follow established modeling and production standards and ensure quality.
• Coordinate models and workflow among design team members.
