This role works within project budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.**Principal Responsibilities*** Review the effectiveness of current standards and procedures and validate compliance* Lead and participate in project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff meetings* Identify and lead team-specific training and education needs for standards and BIM/Virtual Design tools* Standardize workflows and practices across offices and teams* Coordinate with the project manager on model setup configuration and project scope requirements* Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between IMEG disciplines and external partners* Provide team-specific support for Virtual Design software and programs, escalating issues as needed* Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards* Maintain models using best practices and established standards* Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process* Ensure modeling and drawing production meet established company quality standards* Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team**Required Qualifications and Skills*** Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred* 4 years of experience minimum, 5 preferred, or equivalent* Revit experience required* Strong Revit knowledge with emphasis on project setup and model management* Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues* Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of technical plans and models preferred* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients* Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook* High level of professionalism* This position is not eligible for sponsorship.**Why Join Us** IMEG puts people first—with a strong focus on career growth, work-life balance, and meaningful impact.
