Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist to drive BIM coordination and delivery on complex projects. You will lead the setup of BEPs, manage models, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing skills, with experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Forma. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or higher with substantial BIM experience.
• Experience leading Digital Delivery on complex projects preferred.
• Certification in BIM or related field is a plus.
• Strong coordination across disciplines and project teams required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Delivery strategy and execution for complex projects.
• Lead project kickoffs, establish schedules and milestones.
• Support BEP development with project teams and clients.
• Configure and manage complex project models and worksets.
• Oversee model hosting, linking, and sheet coordination.
• Lead coordination meetings and drive accountability across teams.
• Drive clash detection and resolve high-impact model issues.
• Mentor Digital Delivery staff and support training initiatives.
• Provide input on staffing and scope for projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for Digital Delivery on assigned projects.
