Job summary

IMEG Corp. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Virtual Design Coordinator to oversee BIM projects across disciplines. This full-time, in-office role focuses on BIM coordination, model management, standards, and workflow alignment, with a strong emphasis on Revit and project setup.

Qualifications

Strong Revit knowledge with emphasis on project setup and model management.
Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of technical plans and models.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Review the effectiveness of current standards and procedures and validate updates as needed.
Lead and attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings.
Identify and lead team-specific training and education needs for standards and BIM and Virtual Design tools.
Work to standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams.
Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team.
Run clash detection reports and participate in the BIM coordination process.
