Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator II to drive coordination efforts between project teams and field supervisors, focusing on electrical BIM with meet REI standards.

You will work on complex projects, developing model intelligence and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure constructability and timely delivery. The role requires 3D coordination proficiency, Revit MEP expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical Apprenticeship or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Must complete REI’s Revit fundamentals class.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field supervisors and project managers on BIM integration.
• Attend coordination meetings and document changes.
• Make minor Revit adjustments per REI standards and input marked-up drawings into Revit.
• Review and ensure BIM requirements are met for project success.
• Prepare documentation for transmittals and coordinate with project teams.
