Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler II to deliver accurate modeling and documentation for projects and internal standards.

You will collaborate with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit families and ensure efficient project deliverables within Rosendin standards. The role requires proficiency in Revit, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in CAD drafting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM modeling for project delivery and standards.
• Develop Revit families for standards or project needs with supervision.
• Model and document project efficiently and accurately.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope.
