Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in the United States is seeking a BIM Coordinator I to support coordination efforts for project and REI standards, collaborating with field supervisors and project managers on BIM integration.

The role requires knowledge of electrical coordination, 3D modeling, Navis/Glue and Design Review, plus the ability to read 2D plans and communicate effectively across teams. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Reading 2D plans and understanding electrical drawings.
• Fluency with Autodesk Navis/Glue and Design Review.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field supervisors and PMs on BIM integration.
• Manage electrical system coordination for projects.
• Develop model intelligence with Lead Modeler for standards or projects.
• Attend coordination meetings and update drawings as needed.
• Review installation drawings before field issuance.
• Document changes impacting cost or schedule for PM.
