Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Coordinator III to lead daily BIM coordination for electrical construction projects. You will manage complex model integration, perform advanced clash detection, and ensure model accuracy per project standards.

This role supports field teams and contributes to Rosendin’s employee-owned culture. Requires 5+ years in BIM coordination, proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, NavisWorks, and strong communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in BIM coordination/modeling, especially in electrical construction.
• Experience with BIM standards, model QC, and field coordination.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, NavisWorks; familiarity with field layout tech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM model coordination across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, electrical).
• Perform advanced clash detection and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D electrical models from design docs and site input.
• Enforce BIM standards and Rosendin guidelines for model integrity.
• Prepare MEP coordination drawings and shop drawings from 3D models.
