Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler III to lead modeling and documentation for electrical projects, ensuring quality and adherence to REI standards. You will supervise model production, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and train staff on modeling tasks.

The role requires strong Revit expertise, the ability to manage project models, and proactive communication to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets within a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in CAD/Architectural Design with 1 year Revit experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ total experience with electrical drafting standards.
• Education/experience may be combined.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including models, resources, and schedule impacts.
• Create and maintain Revit models per REI standards.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and disciplines.
