Job summary

Placement By Design, Inc. seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC workflows across multiple offices. You will be integral in integrating BIM and VDC processes, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model integrity and efficient digital workflows.

The role requires strong Revit and ACC/BIM 360 skills, proficiency in Navisworks, and the ability to train team members in BIM best practices. This is an onsite, full-time position supporting diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in BIM/VDC coordination within AEC.
• Proficiency in Revit and ACC/BIM 360; Navisworks experience required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Strong BIM principles and BEP experience.
• Ability to structure file hierarchies and project data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team training ability.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM workflows across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain Revit models and templates.
• Lead BEP development and BIM documentation across phases.
• Coordinate model delivery and drawings at project level.
• Perform clash detection and resolution with Navisworks or equivalent.
• Facilitate model reviews and coordination meetings.
• Assist with 4D scheduling and data extraction as needed.
• Ensure proper file structure and access control across ACC/BIM 360.
• Provide BIM training and technical support to project teams.
• Stay updated on BIM/VDC trends and tools.
