Job summary

Hansen Consulting Group seeks a BIM Coordinator to drive coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines on complex projects. You will support BEPs, standards, and workflows while leading coordination meetings and ensuring model accuracy for field execution.

The role emphasizes applying BIM to improve constructability, prefabrication alignment, and data management across the project lifecycle. Strong Revit/Navisworks skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM coordination or related field experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks Manage and ACC.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving clashes.
• Knowledge of construction methods, MEP systems, and sequencing.
• Familiar with BEPs, model standards, and CDEs.
• Experience on large commercial/industrial/data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and facilitate resolutions with teams.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, standards, and workflows.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and track issues to closure.
• Review models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
• Coordinate with prefabrication for fabrication and installation.
