Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a BIM Lead to manage project BIM execution, maintain Navis model, and coordinate design teams. You will track progress of internal staff and outside resources, produce clash reports, and lead coordination meetings with trades.

The role requires hands-on BIM leadership, strong communication, and ability to drive on-schedule deliverables using Revit/Navisworks. This on-site position involves collaboration with field ops and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Revit 2024 or newer.
• Navisworks 2024 or newer.
• AutoCAD (helpful).
• MS Office (Word, Excel) / Google (Docs, Sheets).
• Experience leading a collaborative team.
• Proficient with Google Meet and MS Teams.
• Proficient with email (Gmail) and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM for project and maintain Navis model with ongoing clash detection.
• Coordinate with BIM/VDC PM and design department manager.
• Track progress of support designers and 3rd party resources.
• Prepare and distribute clash reports to trades and lead meetings.
• Set up Navisworks NWF; ensure CAD/Revit files are updated.
• Deliver final deliverables and support design teams as needed.
