Job summary

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and management of project models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or related certification in AEC, strong knowledge of BIM standards, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Forma, ACC, plus familiarity with Trimble coordination and NFPA 70/ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or trade school certification in AEC or equivalent
• Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination practices
• Understanding of BIM LOD 300–500
• Proficiency with Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Forma, ACC)
• Understanding of electrical systems in BIM workflows
• Knowledge of Evolve
• Familiarity with Trimble point coordination
• General knowledge of NFPA 70 and ISO 19650
