TransChicago Truck Group is seeking a Billing Administrator to support New and Used Truck Departments by invoicing sales transactions and managing ancillary paperwork. This onsite role at our Elmhurst, IL dealership ensures all internal sales processes are followed and records are complete.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in billing or administrative finance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Invoice New/Used Truck sales for all dealership locations.
• Process title, plate, permit, power of attorney, and warranty paperwork.
• Process state tax and exemption forms for all truck sales.
• Complete Assignment of Proceed paperwork where needed.
• Maintain sale records and ensure jackets are complete.
• Cross-train others for this position as directed by management.
• Fill in for other administrative positions as needed.
• Assist with related special projects as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and safe, clean work environment.
