Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive industry experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Microsoft Excel experience is preferred, including VLOOKUPs
• Any college degree is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Invoice new and used truck sales for all dealership locations, processing approximately 100–200 transactions weekly
• Process title, plate, permit, power of attorney, and warranty paperwork for new and used truck sales
• Process state tax and exemption forms for truck sales
• Complete Assignment of Proceeds paperwork as needed
• Maintain vehicle sale records and ensure deal jackets are complete and accurate
• Ensure all internal sales processes and documentation requirements are followed
• Cross-train other employees on billing and title processes as directed by management
• Provide administrative coverage and support for other departments as needed
• Assist with special projects and other related administrative responsibilities
