Job summary

CallTower, located in Rochester, NY, seeks a Billing Analyst to maintain and optimize the billing system, ensuring accurate charges and timely client billings each month. You will work with multiple systems and coordinate with the Billing Manager to resolve disputes and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in billing, strong Excel skills (pivot, v-lookup), and a proactive, collaborative mindset for a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of billing experience.
• Ability to maintain and update billing system and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the billing system.
• Assist in monthly bill closes and data syncing from CT systems.
• Process onboarding orders and manual charges as needed.
• Refine onboarding processes in Salesforce and billing system.
• Handle contract renewals and updated billing terms in Salesforce.
