Job summary

CallTower is seeking a Billing Analyst in Salt Lake City to manage daily maintenance of the billing system and ensure accurate client billings each month. You will work with multiple systems, including Salesforce, to process onboarding, renewals, and disputes while maintaining high data integrity.

The role requires 3+ years in billing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A detail-oriented, proactive team player is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or additional relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in billing.
• Detail oriented with strong computational accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of the Billing System.
• Assist in monthly bill closes.
• Process onboarding orders and sync data from CT systems to billing system.
• Refine onboarding process in Salesforce and billing system.
• Assist with billing system integration projects.
• Resolve customer disputes with focus on customer experience.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Back up Billing Manager as needed.
