Job summary

CallTower Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage daily maintenance of the billing system and ensure accurate customer charges.

You will work with the Billing Manager to keep billing timely and resolve disputes, delivering a positive interface experience for clients. Responsibilities include monthly closes, onboarding data syncing from CT systems, refining processes in Salesforce and the billing system, and providing ad-hoc reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in billing.
• Ability to maintain and update billing system and processes.
• Strong time management and collaborative skills.
• Detail oriented with analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the billing system and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in monthly bill closes and onboarding data syncing.
• Support pricing overrides and catalog migrations with other departments.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Back up billing manager when required.
• Engage with billing vendor and contribute to process documentation.
