CallTower is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to oversee daily maintenance of the billing system and ensure accurate charges for customer services. You will collaborate with the Billing Manager to process monthly closes and resolve disputes, delivering a positive interface experience for clients.

The role requires 3+ years of billing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills.

• 3+ years of billing experience required.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the billing system daily.
• Assist in monthly bill closes and data syncing.
• Process onboarding orders and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Refine onboarding processes in Salesforce and billing system.
• Handle billing disputes with a focus on customer experience.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for billing metrics.
