CallTower is seeking a Billing Analyst to maintain the daily operation of the billing system and ensure accurate charging across customer services. The role works with the Billing Manager to update processes, resolve disputes, and support a positive client interface during escalations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce. A detail-oriented, self-driven professional will thrive in our fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with billing systems and data integrity is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily operations of the billing system and ensure accurate charges.
• Assist in monthly bill closes and data syncing across CT and billing systems.
• Refine onboarding in SalesForce and the billing system; support escalations.
• Process MACDs and catalog service conversions; ensure proper pricing and catalog accuracy.
• Handle contract renewals and updated charges; support cross-functional teams.
• Generate ad-hoc reporting and assist in billing system integration projects.
• Collaborate with billing vendor relations and process documentation.
