CallTower in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Billing Analyst to maintain the billing system, capture and apply charges accurately, and ensure timely monthly client billings. You will collaborate with the Billing Manager and engage with SalesForce to refine onboarding, pricing, and dispute resolution while supporting reporting and system integrations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic, tech-focused environment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in billing.
• Ability to maintain and update billing systems and processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a technically focused, fast-growing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Daily maintenance of the billing system and accurate charge application.
• Assist in monthly bill closes and data syncing across systems.
• Process onboarding, MACDs, catalog migrations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with SalesForce and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Provide reporting and assist with system integration projects.
• Resolve customer disputes with focus on service and financial health.
