Job summary

SLB is seeking a Billing Support Specialist in Williston, ND / Dickinson, ND to provide administrative support across finance and supply chain. Proficiency with SAP for Order to Cash and data reporting is required.

You will maintain customer master data, handle EDI data, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills and excellent verbal/written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SLB/ChampionX is seeking a Billing support Specialist to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in Williston, ND/ Dickinson, ND . The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. What You Will Do:

The job responsibilities for the Associate Field Support Specialist would include (but are not limited to):
