Job summary

ChampionX in Williston, ND / Dickinson, ND is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to provide general administrative support and manage Order to Cash processes using SAP. You will monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, and create reports from SAP data exports to Excel.

SLB/ChampionX is seeking a Billing support Specialist to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in Williston, ND/ Dickinson, ND. The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Billing/Support Specialist who wants to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for Order to Cash processing using SAP

Minimum Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing excel

• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must
