Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Billing Support Specialist in Midland, TX to support two corporate account managers. You will handle Order to Cash tasks, invoicing, and reporting, while maintaining files and assisting with sales documentation.

This role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and professional communication. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years minimum of administrative support experience.
  • Immigration Sponsorship not offered for this role.
  • Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).

Responsibilities

  • Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing.
  • Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Office administration duties: typing, record and file maintenance, documentation creation.
  • Assisting with sales reporting and documentation.
  • Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal departments to resolve order/inventory issues.
  • General administrative support to the District Manager and Sales positions.
  • Managing daily office operations including mail and telephone reception.

We have an immediate need for a Billing Support Specialist located in Midland, TX.

The Billing Support Specialist, working within our industry leading Institutional division, will play a key role providing office management support for two corporate account managers. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from these associates and ensures all necessary reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. As a critical role for the business, this position expeditiously and effectively resolves the issues and concerns of large, multi-unit corporate account customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation.
  • Assisting with sales reporting and documentation
  • Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors
  • Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues
  • Provides general administrative support to the District Manager and Sales positions
  • Generates and maintains confidential information and administers company policy and procedures
  • Manage the daily operation of the office, which will include mail and telephone reception
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years minimum of administrative support experience
  • Immigration Sponsorship not offered for this role
  • Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress
  • SAP experience
  • Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must.
  • Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful
