Job summary

ChampionX in Sugar Land, TX seeks an Order To Cash Specialist to support sales order entry, invoicing, and customer data management. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative support experience. SAP/EDI experience is preferred and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order to Cash processing including sales order entry and invoicing.
• Maintain customer master data.
• Monitor accounts receivable.
• Assist with sales reporting and documentation.
• Maintain relevant EDI information and process EDI errors.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve order/inventory issues.
• Provide general administrative support to Sales Managers.
• Manage confidential information and administer company policy.

We have an immediate need for an Order To Cash Specialist in Sugar Land, TX. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive order to cash support to individuals, teams, or departments within an organization. The specialist will perform a wide range of Order to Cash tasks, including order entry, order management, invoicing, problem resolution, sales support & customer service. May also be involved in reporting and compliance. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and the achievement of organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, and invoicing
• Maintaining customer master data
• Monitoring of accounts receivable
• Assisting with sales reporting and documentation
• Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors
• Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues
• Provides general administrative support to the Sales Managers.
• Generates and maintains confidential information and administers company policy and procedures
• Report creation/analyzation

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 2 years minimum of administrative support experience Immigration Sponsorship not offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience EDI Customer Portals – Ex. ARIBA, OpenInvoice, iSupplier, etc. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills. Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must. Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful
