Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Billing Support Specialist in Williston/Dickinson, ND to provide general admin support. Primary duties include SAP Order-to-Cash processing and accounts receivable reporting as part of a fast-paced finance team.

You will create invoices in SAP, export reports to Excel, maintain customer data and EDI records, and collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues, with office administration duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis on Excel.

SLB/ChampionX is seeking a Billing support Specialist to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in Williston, ND/ Dickinson, ND. The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Billing/Support Specialist who wants to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

What You Will Do

The job responsibilities for the Associate Field Support Specialist would include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for Order to Cash processing using SAP
• Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Report creation/analyzation using SAP data export to Excel
• Maintaining customer master data
• Maintaining relevant EDI data in customer pay platforms
• Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues
• Office Administration

Minimum Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Some College
• Strong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Apps
• SAP experience
• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills a must
• Effective collaboration with team mindset
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Must be flexible, responsive and resourceful
• Able to work autonomously and self-motivated
