The role collaborates with internal departments to maintain accurate customer records and support financial operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• Accurately prepare and enter financial information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and related documents.
• Perform collection activities and resolve payment issues.
• Process billing adjustments as needed.
• Email invoices and submit invoices through customer portals.
• Maintain customer billing information and special instructions.
• Provide new suppliers with credit references and W-9 forms.
• Maintain supplier certificates of insurance and tax forms.
