Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and assigned payroll administration activities.
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts, rates, tariffs, and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including collections support, dispute resolution, credit memos, re-billing, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Direct accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, vendor reconciliation, and timely payment processing.
• Coordinate payroll-related transactions, documentation, and exception resolution while working closely with Payroll and Operations leadership.
