HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of billing experience.
Ability to articulate issues and document resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid accounting, organization, and time management abilities.
Experience with customers or vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and adjustments accurately and on time.
Set up and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
Review and audit billing information for accuracy.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Post payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
Monitor billing reports and identify exceptions.
Assist with collections activities and payment tracking as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing concerns.
Maintain documentation and comply with billing policies.
