Job summary

Q3 Contracting, a Primoris Services Corporation division, seeks a Billing Specialist in Little Canada, MN to ensure accurate coding, entry and review of weekly invoices. You will work with field staff and supervisors to expedite daily paperwork and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Code, entry and final review of weekly invoices.
• Organize completed work orders per customer processes.
• Understand divisions within each customer for accurate invoice distribution.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoice information in systems.
• Support supervisor and field staff with daily paperwork and duties.
