Job summary

Retail Tech INC. in Minnesota seeks an invoicing coordinator to accurately enter utility invoice data into our software system. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., and focuses on processing invoices for Deployment customers with strict data accuracy. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with 1–3 years clerical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word & Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of technical clerical experience.
• Experience in billing or accounts payable preferred, not required.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must research and problem solve with minimal direction.
• Excellent data entry speed: 13,000 keystrokes/hour at 99% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices for Deployment customers.
• Identify invoices with potential issues and escalate for resolution.
• Verify accuracy of client utility invoice data entered by others.
• Meet team metrics for quality and productivity.
• Assist Business Administration Manager with onboarding new customers and projects.
