Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit manifests daily and verify notes, revenue, and expenses for accuracy.
• Process client invoicing weekly or daily as assigned.
• Understand client contracts and maintain contract files accurately.
• Train as backup for other clients and provide escalation support.
• Communicate with field operations by email or phone for clarification.
• Investigate discrepancies in prior billings to ensure accuracy.
