Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Corporate Accounting Billing Specialist to prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and on time. You will support the billing cycle, ensure policy compliance, and assist with month-end close, collaborating with internal teams and clients to maintain financial precision.

You will work from our Texas locations (Houston, Abilene, Dallas/Fort Worth, Odessa) in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in corporate or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client invoices based on contracts, time records, purchase orders, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to obtain billing information.
• Review billing data for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Track and verify time-sheets on time & material projects.
• Ensure invoices reflect negotiated terms and provide detailed support.
• Submit invoices through online portals.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for billing transactions.
• Generate billing reports and ad hoc analyses; assist month-end close.
• Support process improvements to enhance billing efficiency.
