Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process vendor invoices, matching to POs and receiving docs.
• Review invoice details for policy compliance; resolve discrepancies with vendors and departments.
• Code invoices with appropriate accounting information.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly to identify outstanding balances.
• Identify and process taxable and non-taxable invoices.
• Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for payments.
• Contribute to process improvements for AP accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate AP reports and perform ad hoc financial analyses.
