Apache Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our Houston headquarters to prepare, submit, and maintain customer invoices for multiple projects. This in-office, full-time role involves reviewing contracts, setting up billing, and ensuring accuracy across tax rules and contract terms.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of billing or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and process improvement.

Formación

• 1+ year of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Experience handling high-volume invoicing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements for billing terms.
• Generate invoices, credit memos, and debit memos and submit per customer requirements.
• Reconcile billing records against contracts and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
• Post daily/weekly revenue and support month-end close.
