You will process service work orders, prepare invoices, verify payroll, and coordinate with accounting, inventory, and service teams to maintain precise billing and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes data entry accuracy, transcription of handwritten docs, and use of service management software plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Prior invoicing, billing, or accounting experience.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to review handwritten documentation and transcribe accurately.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable concepts preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and service management software.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter handwritten service work orders into the system.
• Interpret and transcribe detailed descriptions from various docs.
• Verify payroll hours against system records.
• Record materials used on jobs and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Audit work orders before issuing invoices and distribute to customers.
