Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join the Accounting team. You will process customer payments, generate and audit invoices, and support weekly billing operations.

• Assist with weekly billing close and invoice auditing processes.
• Contact branch offices to obtain missing documentation required for invoicing.
• Organize, distribute, and send invoices via mail and email.
• Scan and maintain billing documentation and payment records.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Collections with quality assurance calls as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Accounting department and overall business operations.
