Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience working with accounting or ERP software preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate billing records and account documentation
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing activities
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections efforts as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
• Generate billing reports and provide administrative support to the finance team
