Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a high-volume billing environment is a plus.
  • Willing to work over-time as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contracts, PO's, and service agreements.
  • Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with customers, operations, and finance teams to ensure billing alignment.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and billing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Position Summary
