Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer billing, payment processing, and account management activities. This position works closely with customers and internal departments to ensure invoices are processed accurately, payments are applied correctly, and account questions are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer accounts and maintain account records
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts
• Create and maintain new customer accounts within the system
• Assist with account reconciliation and payment tracking activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts receivable transactions
• Work with internal departments to resolve billing and account discrepancies
• Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed

Job Requirements

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, billing, customer account management, or related administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and utilizing accounting and business software systems
