Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group representative, is seeking a Parts Associate in Romeoville, IL. You will assist inside and outside customers, identify parts, process revenue/warranty orders, generate quotes, and support loading/unloading trucks.

This includes identifying correct parts, providing conflict resolutions for contractors, and coordinating questions revolving around our equipment/product.Accurately identify parts.Process revenue and/or warranty orders revolving around part equipment/product.Generate part quotes and equipment proposals for customers.Load and unload trucks/customer vehicles.Provide training to new parts personnel employees.All other duties assigned.Qualifications:Previous knowledge of HVAC equipment.Computer knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.Easily adapt to new situations and challenges.High mechanical and electrical aptitude.Works well individually with limited supervision.Highly organized and a reliable team player.The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $27.60 - $33.65 in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
