Job summary

Harris Computer in Charleston, WV is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, credits and debits, and customer account maintenance. You will collaborate with the collections team to resolve billing issues and respond promptly to inquiries from customers and staff.

Prepare information for month-end and quarter-end processes, and perform account reconciliation with strong attention to detail. A background in Accounting/Finance and solid analytical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
