Job summary

Harris Computer in Columbia, SC is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance. You will proactively communicate with various departments to address problem accounts and work with Collections to resolve billing issues.

You will also provide timely responses to requests from customers and colleagues, and prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
