Harris Computer in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to maintain customer accounts, process invoicing, credits, and debits, and work with departments to resolve billing issues.

You will support month-end close, account reconciliation, and respond to information requests from customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate has accounting education and AR/finance experience, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Eligible for bonus and benefits.

Competenze

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Maintain customer accounts including invoicing, credits and debits.
• Proactively coordinate with departments on problem accounts.
• Work with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Provide timely responses to customer and employee information requests.
• Prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end.
• Perform account reconciliations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)

• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
