Harris Computer is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in the United States (Alaska, Juneau) to manage customer accounts, invoicing, and reconciliations. You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries promptly, and prepare month-end and quarter-end data.

The role emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in processing high volumes of transactions, with opportunities for bonus/merit, health benefits, RRSP matching, stock options, and career

Formación

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

WHAT YOU WILL DO

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
