Job summary

Harris Computer in Portland, ME is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, credits, debits and customer account maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication with multiple departments.

You will proactively coordinate with the collections team to resolve billing issues, provide timely information to customers and staff, and prepare data for month-end and quarter-end close. This is an on-site position in Portland, ME.

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
