Job summary

Harris Computer in Columbus, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance. You will work with multiple departments to resolve billing issues and support the month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate data through meticulous account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has education in Accounting or Finance and demonstrated AR experience, with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts with invoicing, credits, and debits.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)

• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
