Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Unanet A/E billing is required.
• Experience with project setup and maintenance in Unanet.
• Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes using Unanet A/E.
• Set up and maintain projects within Unanet.
• Prepare and process accurate client invoices.
• Support the Billing Manager with day-to-day billing activities.
• Review billing information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and project information.
• Assist with the transition from Deltek Vision to Unanet.

About The Role

Our client, a leading Washington, DC area multidisciplinary design firm specializing in civil engineering, site planning, land surveying, and landscape architecture, is seeking a Unanet A/E Billing Specialist to join their team. This role will support the Billing Manager in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with Unanet A/E billing, project setup, and project maintenance, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Manage billing processes using Unanet A/E
